We at JUMPET are proud to offer quality branded products to stand the test of time but understand that occasional manufacturing errors do occur.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any item that has been washed, worn, or used before the damage or defect occurred is not returnable and must be reviewed further by our team before replacing the item.
Asia
RETURN:
- Any regular priced items eligible for return provided the return request is made within 30 days of the order date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received: clean & unworn/unused, unwashed, clean from pet hair or marks of any kind, with tags attached and/or in its original packaging, with hanger. Kindly keep this in mind when trying the item on your pet.
- Return requests can be submitted through the Returns Portal. If you cannot access the Portal, please contact info@jumpethk.com and state the reason for your request. If your Return Request is approved, we will provide you with one (1) prepaid return shipping label, for which a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout are non-refundable.
- An order is eligible for one (1) prepaid return label only. For subsequent return shipping labels, the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from the available refund amount.
- Please also include the original packing slip inside the return.
- Items sent back without Jumpet’s prior approval will not be accepted as returns and will be donated.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the return was approved or not, and if a refund was issued. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method.
- Jumpet reserves the right to refund, replace, or refuse at our discretion. If an item(s) is returned and is not in its original condition, regardless of the presence of original tags, refunds will not be issued if we determine that the item(s) cannot be resold. This determination may be based on various factors, including but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item(s) upon return.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, Jumpet will not send it back to you.
EXCHANGE:
- We don’t do exchanges, since we keep separate orders for tracking and payment purposes. You can place the new order at any time during the return process.
- We’ll honor any product or order discounts that were received on the first order; please email info@jumpethk.com with the style, size & color of the exchange item(s)and we’ll send you an amended invoice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Due to the high cost of shipping international orders, we regret that all sales are final for orders shipped outside ASIA.Please measure your dog carefully and follow Jumpet’s sizing guidelines to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items in the Sale section, accessories or International orders.
- Due to the nature of these products are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges can be made. Please make sure to measure your pet and follow our sizing guide when selecting their size.
- Gift Cards are Final Sale.
- Online Warehouse Sale Discount Code Policy: Items purchased using Online Warehouse Sale discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please carefully review your order before applying the discount code, as once used, the sale is considered complete and cannot be reversed.
